Daily signals

Review Dashboard, Logs, Events, and source health for failed connections, indexing errors, repeated plan failures, unusual latency, and automation retries.

Change management

After schema, credential, semantic, or role changes, run a small regression set of representative questions. Verify plans, results, charts, and tenant boundaries.

Usage and billing

Use Billing and plan views for current allowances and consumption. Do not hardcode plan limits into integrations. Treat limit responses as bounded failures and retry only when the response indicates it is safe.

Incident sequence

1. identify affected organizations, sources, and time window
2. pause unsafe automations or external sharing
3. inspect logs, plan, provenance, and source health
4. fix the root cause and rerun controls
5. document impact and prevention
