Choose a delivery method based on audience and control requirements.

Internal sharing

Share a dashboard or data app inside the organization when viewers have Answerplane access. Their role and organization context continue to apply.

Signed embeds

For customer-facing products, create a server-side signed embed token with a short lifetime, allowed resource, audience, and tenant scope. Never place an organization API key in browser code.

Exports

Export a table or file only when the recipient is allowed to hold a copy outside Answerplane. Exports do not inherit future revocations or source freshness.

Publishing checklist

1. Verify the underlying plan and provenance.
2. Confirm viewer and tenant scope.
3. Test the exact production origin.
4. Test expired or invalid access.
5. Record an owner and review date.
