Dashboards

Save a chart or result from Chat, then arrange it in Dashboards. Use clear titles, units, time ranges, and filter labels. Keep each tile focused on one decision.

Re-run representative tiles after source or semantic changes. A dashboard remains governed, but its business interpretation still needs an owner.

Data apps

Use Data Apps for guided experiences that combine approved inputs, answer views, and actions. Define who can open the app, which source scope applies, and whether a user may change filters.

Canvas and agents

Complex work can be assembled in Canvas or exposed through approved agents. Reuse catalog definitions and plans rather than recreating logic in application code.

Production checklist

• Verify every saved query and chart.
• Test empty, large, and scoped result sets.
• Set an owner and review cadence.
